Maintenance fee
The running cost of the Thai Office Villa operation is spread among the owners via an annual maintenance fee. The fee must also build up reserves to pay for non-recurring costs like furniture, appliances etc. that need periodic replacement and other capital costs as normal physical deterioration occurs.
The small yearly maintenance fee also pays for expenses like Satellite TV, garbage collection, gardening, guard, house maintenance, administration and other common expenses.

The maintenance fee is currently 120 € / week including a professional ADSL internet connection.
An adequate annual maintenance fee is necessary to maintain and preserve the ultimate value of your Thai Office Villa.
