The house has to be returned in the same
shape as it was received. For any extra cleaning help, our maid service can
assist you.

All items that was present when the Villa
was handed over, must be present when the Villa is returned. Any items missing
or broken must be reported on the Broken/Replacement List for replacement.

When the Villa is returned, the owner will pay for the following:

Any food and beverage consumed from the
house stock, electricity and water consumed.

Long distance calls and international calls are prepaid by the mobile and
international phone cards which is the cheapest ways to make these calls.

Any items in the Villa broken or damaged
that not result from normal use.
For chauffeur driven Cars:
-
The car has to be returned in the same shape
and with the same items as it was received. 800 Bath is charged for a full
external and internal cleanup if needed.

Any accident or damage must be reported
immediately for insurance cover. Follow the information in the car.

The car must be returned with a full tank of
fuel, as it was received. Additional fuel will be charged at cost.

Any damage not covered by the insurance and
that not result from normal use, will be paid at cost to restore the car to
its original condition. Drunk driving will void the insurance cover!!! Don't
allow your chauffeur to drive, if you suspects him to have been drinking.
Report any such incident to the emergency number in the car.
