Charity Holiday
Now you can combine charity with holiday by buying a stake in one
of our charity villas in exotic Chiang Mai, Thailand for the very low price
of only 1208 US $ or 832 € per
year*.
In your charity villa you share your joy of your spring, summer, autumn or
winter holiday with 2-4 ill or orphaned/poor children.
Our charity villas are built in groups of 4 villas with a villa in every corner
so that there is room for a common private pool for the villas.
How?
You or your association buy two or more units in one of our charity villas.
Your ownership share gives you an exotic holiday resort at an affordable price,
you even do not have to worry about when you are not there. And you can even
do something good for some needing children at the same time. What is
better than that? Doing good to others and yourself at the same time.
We participate in the charity
As our share of charity, we make a minibus with space for between 10 and
15 passengers + driver, available free of charge 8 hours per day to be
split between 2 charity villas. If there isn't someone who can drive the minibus,
we can
arrange for a driver for only 20 dollars per day **.
We also provide a English teacher available for a number of hours each
week that can teach the children English and you Thai.
Special obligations of owners of the charity villas
1a) The 2 small bedrooms available for 2-4 orphans
or poor children.
or
1b): one small bedroom available for 2 ill children and another small
bedroom available for a nurse or doctor as needed.
2) You pay the costs of excursions and diet for the children during your
common stay in the charity villa. You will be responsible for the children's transportation costs
to and from their stay with you. The minibus can
be used to pickup and bring the kids for a reasonable low price.
It is possible to get a Thai nanny to help
look after the kids for 16 US$/day**. This gives you the opportunity to go
on shopping trips, etc. without the children when you need to be alone.
